Charter Wire is hiring a Process Engineer to join our growing team. This role can be a Process Engineer II, III, or a Lead.

YOUR IMPACT ON OUR TEAM

Campion Change: You will offertechnical support for operational learning processes, troubleshooting, and participation in multiple process improvement teams.

Collaboration: You will partner with our quality, production, and maintenance teams to enhance our processes, reliability, quality, and efficiency.

Drive Change: You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing improvements to our processes and other continuous improvement projects.

Solve Problems: You will Identifyand eliminate obstacles that hinder the successful completion of process improvement projects.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE FROM YOU

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Five to ten plus years' experience in a manufacturing environment improving processes.
• Experience leading others and cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in lean/CI concepts in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly, and production equipment.
• Experience with the Value stream approach as a basis for Continuous Improvement.
• Proven project management including Kaizen projects.
