Reputable Waukesha-based company specializing in the installation of underground tanks and plumbing systems. With projects spanning across Wisconsin, we are committed to delivering top-quality results to our clients.

Position:
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and a strong willingness to learn. We are willing to provide training to a candidate with a solid work history and a passion for the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee excavation, digging, underground utilities, grading, and related construction projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Create estimates for all new projects and make sure not to go over budget.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, implementing cost-control measures when necessary.
  • Obtain required permits from city to start construction project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
