Madison Property Management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of multiple apartment communities in the Madison area.

Full-Time, 1st Shift
$25-$27hr Based on Experience

Duties include but not limited to:

• Repair minor plumbing, electrical, construction issues
• Remodel apartments
• Update and maintain the properties and apartments
• Clean up and repair apartments after a tenant moves out

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic power tools, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Stable employment history
• Valid Driver's License and your own vehicle 
• Pass a background check
