Job Description
Property management company looking for Maintenance Technician for Brookfield and Waukesha area. Company looking for a reliable candidate that can work on call when needed. Should have experience in basic electrical changing outlets, fixtures, breakers, and switches. Able to repair basic HVAC problems such as forced air blower motors, thermostats, sensors, igniters and boilers. Have experience replacing faucets, re-piping, replacing toilets, replacing sinks and unclogging drains. Capable of doing small carpentry jobs replacing doors/windows, molding, drywall repair, etc. Must have valid driver’s license, transportation, and tools to apply. Pay $24-$28hr includes health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO.
