Lead activities and champion process improvements related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, and inventory management. Oversee monthly planning cycle for PCI's network of sites to ensure finished goods production plans and raw material replenishment programs align to Supply Plans and achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within business goals.

Lead S&OP Process for North America Commercial and Clinical business segments Develop long term planning approach for regions and businesses covering simplification and standardization of purchasing, inventory management, and S&OP processes Coordination of all cross-functional inventory reduction and optimization initiatives across all sites. Lead planning and forecast meetings (S&OP) to ensure uninterrupted delivery to customers, minimal downtime due to late components, and operational supplier reviews Create global reporting and analytics in support of MRP and Supply/Inventory management through use of Tableau and other tools, e.g. sales forecast accuracy, raw material forecasting, and inventory planning, Develop and deploy compliance reporting and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements of MRP process (MRP compliance, PO management, supplier performance KPIs) Lead consolidation of forecasting into global platform (PCI Bridge) Facilitate Supply reviews ensuring supply plan aligns with production scheduling and customer requirements as part of overall S&OP Process. Implement vendor managed inventory programs, including contracting and process deployment Champion best practices at sites with purchasing team including economic order quantity purchases, dual sourcing and de-risking initiatives, and vendor managed inventory Conduct regular supplier capacity planning and lead-time reviews This position may require overtime and/or weekend work. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
