We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to take the reins in shaping the strategy, design, and implementation of our Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, HR Systems & Technology, and People Operations functions. In partnership with the EVP and Chief People Officer, the VP of Talent, and the VP of DEI, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Total Rewards offerings not only attract top talent but also foster a workplace culture that aligns with our business strategies.
Your focus? To lead the charge in establishing benefits and total rewards programs that go beyond the ordinary - programs that are both competitive and transformative. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your role will involve designing benefits packages that contribute to the holistic well-being of our employees, promoting a work environment where they thrive both personally and professionally.
